That’s the reason why we published this eBook. To share our enthusiasm about the original authentic manuscripts of The Five Tibetans. To make accessible the authentic exercises of the Lama’s for everyone worldwide. That everyone again can have an insight in the Original Tibetan Rites and everyone can practise them again. The ancient old Tibetan Lama’s knew what they were doing.

It all started maybe 2500 years ago. In a hidden Monastery in Tibet, Tibetan Lama’s developed a simple and comprehensive Yoga System. They developed a system of exercises that powerfully affect the body and everything else you do in life. This knowledge was hidden away in that Monastery for ages.
Luckily, after a long search, a British army officer found this “Fountain of Youth” and brought it to the West. Together with Peter Kelder he published the 5 Tibetans in a booklet in 1939. Later Peter Kelder published a new edition in 1946 with two extra chapters. But every copy of both editions were thought to be lost.
Until recently, an American antiquarian found two last copies, one printed in 1939 and one printed in 1946 !! Yes, the first Original Manuscripts written by Peter Kelder !!
And that’s the reason why we published this eBook. To share our enthusiasm about the original authentic manuscripts of The Five Tibetans.
